What we collect
Account details you give us, the content of your runs, the ledger of every action taken, and basic usage analytics that never include run content.
Why we collect it
To run your workflows, to keep the ledger you rely on, to bill you and to keep the service secure.
Who sees it
Only the model providers and tools a step needs, with field-level redaction applied first. Providers are contractually barred from retaining or training on your data.
Where it lives
In the EU or US region you choose per workspace, or in your own cloud on the Guild plan.
How long we keep it
Run content for as long as your workspace exists, ledger entries for seven years, and nothing for more than 90 days after you close your account.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from workspace settings, or write to privacy@bottega.ai.
